History

Period 1995-2000: Formation of the Company.

1995 Year when the Company was founded. The first commodities are Korean car accessories and seat covers.

1996 Kangaroo car care products are started.

1997 The first branch was founded in Khabarovsk.

1998 The onset of Japanese goods. The first were brands Car Mate, Soft99, EIKOSHA.

2000 The FB batteries appeared in the range of the Company.

During this period the foundations of long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation with suppliers were made. Uniqom became Russia's largest customer for a number of suppliers. Development of regional markets began. Difficulties caused by the economic crisis of 1998 were successfully overcome. The team made ​​up      25 people.

 

Period 2001-2007: active growth. 

2001 The company entered to the market of Japanese spare parts.

2002 Branch in Novosibirsk was founded.

2004 Branches in Moscow and Irkutsk were founded.

2005 The Company celebrated its 10th anniversary.

2006 Branch in Yekaterinburg was founded.

2007 Branch in Krasnoyarsk was founded. 

During this period the program of active development was implemented, which included development of the market of Japanese auto parts, market launch of new brands as well as the development of a regional sales network. As a result of the implementation of this program large and well-known brands appeared in the product portfolio of the Company. Some of them were available through exclusive agreements with manufacturers. These brands were Nitto, Koito, TCL, NHK, Sumitomo/ADVICS, URW, KP, THO. Then distribution of Japanese brands began such as DENSO, KYB, SUN, HKT, Bando, Koyo, FCC, Exedy, Seiwa, TAMA, QSTEN, 555, Toyo, Maruichi, Tokai, NPR, Aisin, G'ZOX, INNO, AION.

The Company's staff increased to 200 people.

 

Period 2008-2013: focus on efficiency. 

2008 Construction of a new distribution center in Vladivostok was completed.

2010 15-th anniversary of the Company. Branch in Krasnodar was founded.

2011 A distribution center in Moscow was opened. The Company joined the largest European buying group GroupAuto.

2013 A distribution center in Novosibirsk was opened.

During this period, the Company's priorities are shifting towards more efficient performance and increase of sales in the existing markets. This leads to changes in the system of work and the structure of the company. In the area of ​​operations of the branches representative offices are established. Currently, representative offices operate in Stavropol, Rostov-on-Don, Novorossiysk, Voronezh, Yaroslavl, Perm, Chelyabinsk, Omsk, Barnaul, Kemerovo, Abakan and Blagoveshchensk.

The company continues to develop in the same product lines and expands the product portfolio. The Company's range increased from 10 to 20 thousand items.

In addition, the Company decides to radically change its assortment strategy and enters the market of spare parts for European and Korean cars. With this decision in mind, in the Company’s portfolio such brands as RUVILLE, FRAM, TEXTAR, CONTITECH, NK, VDO appeared, and the range of KYB, Denso and Avantech brands was developed accordingly.

The own car accessory brand iSky was established and registered.

The Company staff grew up to 400 people.
